Unlike traditional banks, we’re a Mortgage Brokerage, which means we can shop around with multiple lenders to find a variety of rates and programs.

Rates and programs can change based on market conditions and individual qualifications, such as credit score, loan amount, and property type.

Pre-Approval &
House Hunting

Once you are pre-approved and have received your pre-approval letter, you may start shopping for houses with the hope to go under contract!

Pre-approval is not a guarantee of final loan approval. Final approval depends on underwriting review and verification of financial information.

Once you are under contract, we can begin the financial process and order major pieces of the puzzle, such as appraisal and title work.
