Born in Ashland, Kentucky Cameron Proctor is eager to help the communities of Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia. After graduating from Russell High School, he attended Morehead State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Cameron is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. He understands that every borrower’s situation is unique and is committed to providing personalized guidance, clear communication, and a smooth lending experience from application to closing.

Cameron currently resides in Bellefonte, Kentucky, with his Goldendoodle, Ruby. Outside of the mortgage industry, he enjoys hiking, swimming, spending time with friends, and detailing cars. His passion for building relationships and serving his local community carries over into every client interaction.
