After 6 years in the industry as a mortgage lender, Laiken founded Luma Lending, located in Ashland, KY, to illuminate the path to homeownership, making the home loan process clear, stress-free and even enjoyable.

With a B.A. and M.A. in Communication from Morehead State University, Laiken believes open communication is key to building strong relationships and creating tailored solutions for every client.

When she’s not guiding clients toward their dream homes, this Westwood, KY native is teaching public speaking to high school through Morehead’s Eagle Scholar Program, tending to her houseplants, baking something sweet, or cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats basketball team with her husband, Tanner, and pups, Waylon and Roxy!
